Entrepreneur and executive of technology companies graduated as a business administrator from FGV.
He worked as CFO and COO during his career and reconciled his executive life and his interests focused on human development and mainly on bringing more awareness and success to the business world. He also attended SINGULARITY University, has a postgraduate degree from MIT with a focus on Innovation, Technology, and Leadership, and training in Foresight (Futurism) from the Institute For The Future (IFTF).
He started studying and practices of mindfulness and meditation more than 20 years ago. He became a meditation instructor and professor of Buddhist philosophy at an international institution that today has more than 200 Centers around the world and whose São Paulo Center is executive director.
He has a degree in Neuro coaching from the NLI (Neuroleadership Institute), The Inner Game International School, a Master’s in NLP, and the Art of Hosting.

When dealing with the frontier of knowledge about mind and technology, in a time of many changes, we need to keep in mind the right questions to create solutions that can help move humanity forward.
It was with this thought in mind and the inspiration to listen more than respond, to collaborate more than compete, and to create solutions that matter more than chasing success for success’s sake that I created inspiring projects. And here are some of them:

What’s more, what if it were possible to bring this foundation of thousands of years of training and understanding of the human mind into the world of human development and corporate education?
That’s why I created Mind Station, today one of the main Human Resources consultancies in the country.
I started to unite uniquely the experience I had of more than a decade organizing retreats of Buddhist practices with neuroscience learning and especially all the baggage in innovation, communication, management, and futurism.
This all makes it possible to create content and human development experiences that are more engaging and that underpin all the experts, consultants, and content creators who are on this journey with us.
Understanding how the mind works in practice, rediscovering your core skills, and then teaching new ways of acting and working to unlock the immense human potential we have is our purpose!

The idea was to create a company that brings business vision, results, and innovation in a practical way to the market.
We created a working method that goes through the entire process of analyzing the company’s real needs and, through software development, we make the company’s vision tangible.
And of course, the cool thing about technology is being able to work with those that can generate real transformation in society and take the business to the next level.
The human mind is extraordinary and is also primarily responsible for creating all the problems we have, as well as the solutions we need.
